Child safety and zero tolerance for CSAE

beQ has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). You must not create, upload, request, store, share, distribute, link to, promote or facilitate CSAM or any content or conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, endangers or targets a child or minor. This includes grooming, sextortion, sexualisation of a minor and trafficking of a child for sexual exploitation.

Use the in-app reporting controls to report suspected child-safety violations. beQ may remove content, restrict or permanently terminate accounts, preserve relevant information, and report confirmed CSAM or other reportable matters to NCMEC, relevant regional authorities, law enforcement or other competent authorities where required or appropriate under applicable law.

Report and block

You can report profiles, businesses, events and messages using the in-app reporting controls. You may also be able to block a user. Reports are reviewed by the support or moderation team.

Enforcement

Content or accounts that violate these guidelines or our Terms of Use may be removed, restricted, suspended or reported to relevant authorities where appropriate.
