Email info@beq.com from the email address associated with your beQ account.
Use this subject line: Account deletion request
- Your registered email address
- Your beQ profile name, if applicable
- A clear request to delete your account
We may ask for additional information to verify that you own the account before processing the request.
What happens after your request
After verification, we will process your request in accordance with applicable data-protection law and our legal, security and retention obligations. Some data may need to be retained for a limited period where necessary for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution or enforcement of our agreements. Where possible, data no longer required will be deleted or anonymised.
